What types of candles do you sell?
All of our candles are scented and made from soy wax. Each candle is individually hand poured and made from high quality ingredients.
Are your candles eco-friendly?​​
Yes! Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax which is biodegradable and sustainable. They are free from harmful chemicals like paraffin and are cruelty free. Our packaging is eco-conscious, using recyclable and reusable materials.
How long do your candles burn?​​
Burn time depends on the size of the candle. Each scented candle has an indication of the approximate burn time on its page. Always follow our candle care tips to maximise burn time.
Why are your candles more expensive?​​
Our candles are priced to reflect the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that goes into each one. Unlike mass-produced or factory-made candles, ours are individually hand-poured allowing for greater attention to detail and quality control. We use only the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients, including premium soy wax and toxin-free fragrances. This ensures a cleaner burn and a luxurious, long-lasting scent experience. Each candle is a carefully crafted piece, designed to offer superior quality, sustainability, and a personal touch you won’t find in bulk-made alternatives.
How should I care for my candles?​​
To get the best performance:

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunnelling.

Burn candles for no more then 4 hours at a time.
Do you offer custom or personalised candles?​​
At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized candles. However, we are excited to explore this option in the future and look forward to offering tailored candle experiences to our customers soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Why is postage so expensive?​​
The postage for our candles is higher due to the weight of the premium materials we use. Our candles are crafted with high-quality wax and come in luxurious, durable vessels, which are heavier than standard options. Since postage costs increase with weight, shipping can be more expensive. However, unlike some other providers who base postage on the size of your order, at Anahri & Zo, we only charge postage for one candle, no matter how many you purchase. This allows us to offer you excellent value while ensuring the safe delivery of our high-quality products. We also provide free UK delivery for orders over £60.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?​​
At the moment, we do not offer wholesale or bulk ordering options. However, we are open to discussing potential partnerships or large orders for events. Please reach out to us directly for inquiries.
Do you offer gift wrapping?​​
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we may consider adding this option in the future to enhance your gifting experience. ​
Can I return or exchange my candle if I'm not satisfied?​​
We want you to love your candles! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused candles within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our return policy on the Terms & Conditions.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?​​
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
What are your shipping options?​​
We currently ship exclusively within the UK and offer two shipping options: standard shipping (approximately 3-5 working days) and faster shipping (approximately 1-2 working days) for those who need their orders sooner. Both options ensure your candles are carefully packaged and promptly delivered to your doorstep.
